Returns the latest localized terms and conditions applicable to an active Opex bundle contract offering. The caller obtains the offering ID from bundle discovery before placing an order.

The active API key.
contractOfferingId
The active Opex bundle contract offering ID returned by bundle discovery.
isBulkOrder
When true, includes the additional bulk-order terms when configured.
language
Optional language code for localized content. Content falls back to English.
sessionId
The active session ID.

The full list of current terms for v2, or a paginated list with pagination metadata for v3.
