Posts many orders in one call, the API equivalent of the bulk order CSV upload in MyAdmin Order Management. Each ApiBulkOrderRow is one row of that CSV, and rows that share a purchase order number form one order. Orders for installation products also need one ApiBulkInstallDetailsRow per unit ordered; an installation purchase order without them is reported as ORDER_MANAGEMENT.NOT_ENOUGH_INSTALL_DETAILS. The rows go through the same checks as the upload: a purchase order with any error is not created, every other purchase order is, and the result lists the created orders and every error by row. Up to 1000 order rows and 1000 install details rows per call. Orders are created while the call runs, a few seconds per purchase order, so a large batch can take minutes. If a call times out, resubmit the same rows once it has finished: the purchase orders it created come back as ORDER_MANAGEMENT.ALREADY_EXISTS errors and the rest are created. The orders of one call are saved together, so if another call creates one of the same purchase orders while this one runs, no order in this call is created and every row that would have been is reported as ORDER_MANAGEMENT.CONCURRENT_SUBMISSION; resubmit once the other call has finished.
