Acknowledgement response for the UnblockAddIn API. Echoes back what the request targeted so callers can confirm the unblock was applied without a follow-up read.

True when the request was accepted and the Add-In was set back to Active in MyGeotab and MyAdmin. Devices are not auto-re-enrolled; callers must use the existing enrollment APIs to enroll devices after unblocking.
