A recorded repair was rejected by a driver who found the defect still present on a later inspection (MYG-119513). The defect is outstanding again, but unlike NotRepaired the repair record is retained: the item keeps its repair timestamp, repairer and origin as evidence of the disputed claim. Only reachable from Repaired, and only ever written to an InspectedItem — a DVIRDefect is never placed in this state.
